A month of free social events in Bucks created to help beat the January blues and open to everyone in our community.

Ren offers incredible coaching services designed to help you feel balanced, empowered, and ready to take on the year ahead. As part of Joyful January, Ren will be giving away limited spaces for her Bootcamp on Saturdays in High Wycombe!
11am every Saturday for 45 mins at Snap Fitness.
