About Claire Linnell

My group yoga classes are friendly and supportive. They are suitable for all levels and abilities and I offer modifications throughout the class to accommodate different levels.

A smooth vinyasa flow yoga class is a little more gentle than the other classes in my schedule which are more dynamic.

Vinyasa flow yoga links movement to breath and aims to build strength, flexibility and balance, improve posture and invite a sense of mental calm.
