Join the ultimate dance party! Experience fun, inclusive classes where every session is a celebration of movement and self-empowerment!
Prepare to sweat, shake your booooty and dance to the best hip hop/pop songs. A 45min class consists of a warm up, 3 dance routines (includes cardio + strength training) and cool down to work on your flexibility.
