Kindness in Bucks is partnering with the amazing Lindsay from Pure Lifestyles who is kindly offering FREE postnatal sessions to anyone would wants to try something new this January.
Lindsay combines resistance training with Pilates to provide a complete workout to rehabilitate and strengthen your body. Babies and toddlers are welcome to the class.
