💕 A Huge Success: Kindness in Bucks Boot Sale at Hazlemere Community Centre 💕

On Sunday 29th March, we brought our community together for a wonderful boot sale at Hazlemere Community Centre—and what a day it turned out to be!

From the moment the doors opened, the hall was buzzing with energy. We welcomed over 30 sellers, each offering a fantastic variety of items. From children’s and adult clothing to toys, games, puzzles, bric-a-brac, textiles, antiques, and so much more—there truly was something for everyone.

It was more than just a sale. It was a space for families to connect, for pre-loved items to find new homes, and for our community to come together in the spirit of sustainability and kindness 💕

🛍️ Supporting a Bigger Cause

Alongside all of our amazing sellers, we also hosted our very own Kindness in Bucks stall, raising vital funds to support our ongoing work—especially our baby basket programme and free community events.

We are so proud to share that together we raised over £700! Every single pound will go straight back into supporting local families across Buckinghamshire.

☕ The Heart of the Kitchen

A very special thank you goes to our incredible volunteers Rose and Garry, who kept everyone fuelled throughout the day with homemade cakes and hot drinks. The kitchen quickly became a cosy hub where people stopped for a chat, a cuppa, and a slice of something delicious!

Events like this remind us why we do what we do. Seeing the hall filled with friendly faces, hearing laughter, and watching the community support one another—it’s what Kindness in Bucks is all about.
