Mindfulness is the ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.


Finding moments for calm reflection can be rare, but essential for your wellbeing.


This month take some time to look within. Learning to be more mindful and aware, can do wonders for our well-being in all areas of life


This March Kindness in Bucks will carry out small acts of kindness within the community to remind others that being kind is a choice and no matter how small the gesture, positivity and mindfulness can make a big difference to both strangers and someone you love.


7 fun Kindness Ideas to share within your community.


  1. Compliment the first person you talk to today.

  2. Send a positive text message to three different people right now.

  3. Have a LinkedIn account? Write a recommendation for colleague or connection.

  4. Practice self-kindness and spend at least 15 minutes doing something you love today.

  5. Know parents who could use a night out? Maybe offer to babysit for them.

  6. Write your partner or a friend a list of things you love about them.

  7. When you hear that discouraging voice in your head, tell yourself something positive — you deserve kindness too!


Mindfulness is available to us in every moment, these small changes can improve your experience of daily life.
